Midnight Ramblers is a Rolling Stones tributeband from Stavanger, Norway. What Stones play the MR play (almost). Most of our gigs take place in rock'n roll bars and pub's. But we do all kinds of concerts all over the world!! (in fact we would like that, if some of you out there are interested.) "The band counts 9 members at the most. The basic Stones setup, plus sax, trombone and organ for details and a groovy sound."

The history goes back to 1990 when Torstein's best mate got married. He is a huge Stones fan, as some of us in the band. Torstein put together a band of two guitars, bass, drums and vocal, and played an hour long surprice-concert in his weddingparty. It's just Torstein and Jan who is still in the Ramblers today. The group has been through a few changes, but todays setup has been nearly the same for about 10 years.
